Tour of Artisans
Prairie to Pine will be holding the 4th Annual
Tour of Prairie to Pine Artisans in the summer of 2008.

MEET THE ARTISANS ON THE TOUR
We hope you enjoy the tour and are able to visit with all the artists, as they all have their own unique creations and qualities.
Mapleridge Gallery
In Bonny MacNab's work you will see her love of country life, flowers, people and their surroundings.
She works in all mediums and is most recently exploring water-colours and light.
Mapleridge Gallery is located in their family's log home overlooking the coulee.
Bonny's other love and business is T.L.C. Greenhouse, also located on the farm.
Bonny's display will not be on tour this year but will be returning next year.
Walter Opperman
Walter creates intricate fretsaw articles in his shop in Mervin. The Lord's Prayer,
The Twenty Third Psalm, napkin holders, collapsible bowls, etc. form part of his work.
Bill Mork
Bill is self-taught artist who works in pencil, oils and water- colours.
His work shows his love for landscapes, heritage buildings and nature.
Grandma's Knot at Work
Louise Lundberg is a self-taught woodcrafter. Her small and large projects
are designed from inspiration; therefore no two are the same.
Her husband Carl adds creations from wire and other substances found in his workshop.
Frances Eaket
France has been doing pencil sketches for years; and it's time to start sharing them.
Creative Hangups
Lyn creates interior light-weight imitation stone wall plaques, clocks, and mirrors.
Her inspirational, touching, and humorous phrases and quotations are unique.
She has been developing her talents in this medium for the past 3 years.
Her work has been sold at juried craft shows in North Battleford, Saskatoon,
Lloydminister, and Meadowlake. Each piece is handcrafted and is an original piece of art.

Myrna Davidson - Quilt Studio
Myrna's Quilt Studio features a variety of quilts and wall hangings by Myrna and friends.
Also on display at the studio will be Photography by Donna Fenton and silk plants by Angela Feist.
Forest Edge Studio
Dave Hiebert is a well-known wildlife artist, painting from his studio near Turtle Lake.
He takes inspiration from the scenery where he lives. He has a large number of prints

Velder Sculpture and Drawing
Susan Velder is perhaps best known for her life-size sculpture of Her Majesty,
Queen Elizabeth 11 riding Burmese and of Count Berthhold von Imhoff.
She works in many mediums in her studio in St. Walburg.
She will have pottery as well as artwork available.
Lori Svoboda
Lori captures the essence of NW Saskatchewan in her photographs.
She has cards and prints at Velder's Studio in St. Walburg.
Imhoff 's Studio
Tour the Art Gallery and part of the original residence of the artist Berthold von Imhoff
(1868-1939). View original life sized religious art and still life art as well as a showcase
of memorabilia belonging to the artist. Learn all about the life and work of this industrious
artist. In 2005 Imhoff Studio was declared a provincial heritage site. www.imhoff-art.com
Battlefords Art Club
Come to the Battleford's Sailing Club on the shore of Jackfish Lake in Meota,
to visit with members of the Battlefords ART Club and see a variety of their recent work.
Painting in watercolor, acrylic and oils, the members' work represents a wide variety of
